Noise!

In the world of marketing Noise, can be your worst nightmare.

"Noise is an extraneous factor that can work against effective communication by distorting a message or the feedback received."

One example of noise is very simple and common, this would be something like a printing error. An ad or flier which has been improperly printed, and will then distract the reader and disturb the message you are trying to relay and market.

Another example comes in the form of peer to peer. This is where you are trying to sell an idea or product to a prospecting customer/ consumer and they don't understand what you are trying to say or describe.

A side note to the peer to peer message would be due to the use of improper grammar or slang when selling a product, or even simply having an accent.

Benchmarking- It Can Take You To The Top

Benchmarking is discovering how another firm does something better than your own firm so you can imitate them or leapfrog them in the competitive market.

Benchmarking is the perfect way to gain an advantage in the market. Knowing another persons trick of the trade allows you to find problems with it and then do it better to gain more profit and results.

have your own ideas but, allow others to discover things so you can make them better. Market research is key and benchmarking is a good start when you're on your way up in the market.

Benchmarking can help you on your way to the top of the mountain.

Traffic Generation

Traffic Generation is the outcome of an offer essentially designed to motivate people to visit a business.

A prime example of a traffic generator would be something like a sweepstakes. If you want to market and take command of a product and be competitive, traffic generators are crucial. Sometimes it will take money out of your own pocket to make profit in the long haul.

A sweepstakes motivates people to come to your business, test out products, and potentially buy the product, come back again, and even spread the word to the people they know. The downside is you could lose money, but the upside is much greater. Product knowledge is what marketing is all about. Get the people hyped and give them good service, and you will reap the rewards.

Stay On Top Of The Market.

Joint Ventures

A "joint venture" is an arrangement in which a foreign company and a local firm invest together to create a local business, sharing ownership, control, and profits of the new company.

Some people want to do it all themselves; marketing, accounting, finance, and all the things it takes to create and market a business. Where will this lead you? The bottom of the mountain. Without a supporting cast a marketer and entrepreneur cannot get the job done.. unless it is online.. potentially.

A joint venture can help a new firm or existing one, reach the top of the mountain through an already publicly known company. Use resources you can't attain by letting someone else do it for you, at a small expense or even none. Use someone else's skill and image to get ahead, it's ethical.

The downfall is that if there are discrepancies in methods or policies between the firms or the Government tries to bog your shit down. That ain't gangstaa.

Economic Espionage

"Economic Espionage is the clandestine collection of trade secrets or proprietary information about a company's competitor."

Basically economic espionage is the greasiest, and illegal, form of getting your competitors secrets via trespassing, theft, fraud, wire tapping, and even bribes!

Even going through a competitors trash is seen as EE, so don't get caught being a criminal, get someone else to do it for you!

Canadian and American companies lose billions of dollars each year by uncovering espionage in some form. This also shows that in order to better market yourself and company, you need to do this to get the upper hand.

In all fairness, if you have successfully wire tapped a competitor, you deserve all their secrets..

12 eggs

One time I had the buffet breakfast in the VIP Presidential Buffet with Young Buck. It was Buck. Consumed 12 eggs, 15 hashbrowns, 5 sausages, a mush pile of bacon potatoes, and 5 bowls of fruit. Yo I had 12 eggs, how legit is that? Yo 12 eggs.

If you haven't ate 12 consecutive egg's, you haven't lived. Do it. Just Doit.

NBA Playoffs 2010 || Where Will Amazing Happen This Year ? ||

As always the playoffs in the NBA is ridiculous. This year most people would think that the Cavaliers will walk there way right into the finals with arguably the most dominant player in the world. Let's be real, Kobe is still my go to guy.

The team to look out for is the Phoenix Suns in the west. Although they have a questionable defense at times, they have the players that can make it happen, and a bench that can bring heat as well. There offense is unstoppable even against a great Portland defense. Nash, Amare, and Richardson can put up 30 points each on any given night and are always making plays to better players like Grant Hill. I'm not saying they can knock off the Lakers, but look out for detox. Suns baby!

In the east the team to look out for should have been the Raptors... but they didn't make it, so now it's the.. actualy Cleveland is going all the way, let's face facts here. Even if the team can't perform, which they will, LeBron can carry them like he has before when they had less pieces to the puzzle. To back that up, if THE GAME (rap mogul) mentions you in a song, you must be a baller.

Where will Amazing Happen ?
